School starts at 8.30 a.m. for all students.
Nursery children are expected to attend only on the days selected, nursery children can choose to attend school 2, 3, 4 or 5 days per week. Additional days may be added when needed if there is space available in the class. Nursery children finish school at 12.00 noon unless staying for extended hours in which case they finish at 2.00 p.m.
Early years, Reception, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 are expected to attend every day.
Early Years and Reception classes finish at 2.00 p.m. unless the children are staying for after school activities.
Key stage 1 and 2 classes finish at 2.45 p.m. unless staying for after school activities. Special arrangements can be made on an individual basis for late pick up when necessary.
Snack
All children are supplied with a healthy mid-morning snack. Parents are asked not to send junk food to school. Cold-water dispensers are situated around the school and children are encouraged to drink water throughout the day.
Lunch
The school offers a varied nutritious buffet lunch and all food is freshly prepared on the premises each day. Vegetarian lunch or other special needs lunches are available on request. Children may bring a packed lunch to school. Children with special diets are catered for and are provided with identification tags to highlight the requirements.
